A meditation can rebalance your energy from a negative state to a positive one. You don\u2019t even have to reveal all your secrets to anyone. Just by practicing meditation the energies\/auras surrounding your body and chakras, they can remove those blocks and make you whole again, effortlessly and painlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p align=\"justify\">If you have a peaceful, healthy mind, your\nrealization of the world reflects that. You make informed decisions and can\nappreciate the goodness in your life and the lives of those around you.\nMeditation leads to a healthy, peaceful mind. We\u2019re well aware of how important it is to take care of our bodies\u2014we look and feel better\u2014but it\u2019s easy to forget that taking care of our minds is also very important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p align=\"justify\">With meditation, we can\u00a0benefit all out health<a href=\"https:\/\/mindworks.org\/blog\/health-benefits-of-meditation\/\"><\/a>\u00a0by training in letting go of negative thoughts and encouraging more positive thinking. This will decrease stress and anxiety and give us a clearer mind. A clear mind leads to more discernment so that we make fewer mistakes and better decisions. That is how mind\u00a0is defined: something that is conscious and can know an object. But our minds don\u2019t work well when they\u2019re disturbed. Being distracted by overlapping thoughts and emotions is like asking our minds to \u201cdo this, but do something else first, but before that please think about this.\u201d Our minds get frustrated and cannot focus. When we meditate, we focus on one thing at a time and our minds become relaxed. If we take good\ncare of thoughts and mind, our verbal and physical actions will follow. We\u2019re\nworking with the mind, putting effort into making mind calm and clear, when we\nmeditate. We\u2019re making the mind more aware so that when there\u2019s a problem, we\nwon\u2019t be as adversely affected or react in such unhelpful ways. Well, we\u2019ll\nalways have feelings, but when the mind is disturbed, even small problems feel\nmore magnified and unworkable than when we remain calm. From that small\ndisturbance our minds create all sorts of bigger problems. Initially, we\u2019re\njust uncomfortable with something, then that discomfort leads to seeing things\nnegatively and benign things and situations can begin to feel harmful. As the saying goes, misery loves\ncompany. It is even more important to remind ourselves that good intention and\nfeelings are also contagious in just the same way. Just think of others. Even a\nsmall gesture of kindness has a ripple effect.
